User-ban Filter Error

Greetings Nevarethians,

We are reaching out today to inform you of an issue we have been experiencing with our in-game ban filter. Our automated ban system was put into place in order to better assist us in combating the bot situation in-game.

Unfortunately, we found that it has been incorrectly catching a variety of legitimate users and filtering them as if they were bots as well. We are working to undo what has been done so far and taking the filter down until we can resolve the cause of the error.

On behalf of the CABAL: Return of Action team we apologize for this experience, and will aim to improve and do better as we continue to move forward. We will be providing all users who logged in during the period this error occurred with the following compensation:
