Troubleshooting for "No Server Information" Bug

For all our users who are currently experiencing an error with populating server information like seen below:

 

Please ensure you’ve selected an account prior to accessing the server menu

If you select the “Guest Account” option, exit the program, and re-enter the game. Upon logging into your account, the server information should populate appropriately.
