Compensation for Force Gem Error

Greetings Nevarethians,

Thank you for making the launch of CABAL: Return of Action such a huge success so far. We are aware that there have been some errors our users have been experiencing where they weren’t receiving the Force Gem packages upon completing a purchase through the app stores.

We have been able to resolve the key aspects of this issue and it should no longer be a frequent occurrence past the time of this notice’s posting. Users who experienced this error will get the following compensation: 

 

Compensation 1: Force Gems Delivered
- All Force Gems that were not delivered correctly from 8/30 - 9/1 were delivered during our Emergency Maintenance on 09/01/23. 

Compensation 2:
- Additionally for the inconvenience all users who experienced this issue will automatically receive the following:
Blessing Bead - Superior (14Day) - Character Binding

Notes:
All compensations will be sent automatically, no action is needed from users.
