Hirogley's Rune Box Issue

Greetings Nevarethians,

There is an issue with rune boxes purchased from NPC Secret Dealer Hirogley resulting in no runes rewarded when opening the rune box. We will promptly resolve this issue during this weeks maintenance and compensate all users who used the rune box from 1/22 - 2/6. Please review the details below on the issue and compensation.

Issue: Rune Box purchased from Secret Dealer Hirogley resulting in no rune when using rune box.

Items Affected:
Hirogley's Rune Box - Attack Rate II
Hirogley's Rune Box - Defense Rate II
Hirogley's Rune Box - Resist Critical DMG

Date Affected: 1/22 - 2/6

Compensation Details: Rune boxes will be distributed to all users who have used the rune from 1/22 - 2/6. The Rune boxes will be distributed via in-game mail during this week's scheduled maintenance on 2/6/24.

Moving forward Rune boxes from Secret Dealer Hirogley will be working as intended after this week’s maintenance on 2/6/224. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
