Update on Success Rate Discrepancy and Compensation

Dear CABAL Mobile Players,

We want to address a recent issue regarding the success rates in CABAL Mobile. Following Update 11 - Clash Unleashed on March 4, 2025, introduced an in-game success rate display (“Result Expectation %”). However, this update unintentionally caused a discrepancy between the in-game rates and our published guide at https://cabalmobile.playthisgame.com/en/DropRate, which we published at the launch of service for transparency regarding drop rate and in-game probability for upgrading. 

Reason for discrepancy: 

The issue stems from misinformation provided by our developer via an official post from KR Mobile Service (https://cafe.naver.com/cabalmofficial/15335?tc=shared_link). We were instructed to use the probability rates from this post for our service, as they were intended to be applied to our service. However, with the recent update, we discovered that the rates were incorrect, not matching the document provided by the developers.

In-Game Probability Success Rate: 

We’ve confirmed that the in-game probability success rate, from the start of service until now, has never been adjusted. The updated probability rates onhttps://cabalmobile.playthisgame.com/en/DropRate, as of May 6th, 2025, now accurately reflect the rates in use since the start of service.

Resolution:

As of May 6, 2025, the success rates athttps://cabalmobile.playthisgame.com/en/DropRate have been updated to match the current in-game viewable rates. These were the correct rates since start of service. 

Compensation:

To thank you for your understanding and continued support, we’re providing compensation to players who were active during this period. If you played between February 1, 2025, and April 20, 2025, and has a character level of 120 or above, you’ll receive the following items in your event inventory:

Qualifying Accounts for Compensation: Active Accounts from February 1, 2025, and April 20, 2025 with character level 120 or above.
