Greeting Nevarethians,

We've identified an issue with the exchange token for the Monster Madness event. Fortunately, we've pinpointed the root cause and implemented a fix. Everything is now functioning as intended.

Date of issue: 3/6/24

Compensation:
For players who purchased exchange tokens, we will be sending the purchased amount via in-game mail to ensure no losses are incurred. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope you continue to enjoy the remainder of the Monster Madness event.
